El derecho al escalafonamiento o a la Carrera Administrativa se adquiere cuando el funcionario ha ingresado al servicio por concurso y ha superado el período de acuerdo con su calificación de servicios durante el periodo de prueba de conformidad con este Estatuto y su Reglamento. El Ministerio recibirá y analizará la información que determine el cumplimiento de los requisitos precitados y solicitará al Departamento. Administrativo del Servicio Civil el esclarecimiento del personal de la Carrera Administrativa.
