El terreno que se destina para este Polideportivo corresponde a los antiguos predios deportivos del Colegio Nacional de San Simón y están delimitados de la siguiente manera:

"Por el Norte con los predios del Instituto Nacional de Construcciones Escolares y carrera 9 a , por el Sur con la Avenida 6 a , por el Oriente con la calle 34, por el Occidente con el proyecto de calle 36 hasta los predios del Instituto Colombiano de Construcciones Escolares 'ICCE"
