° El actual ocupante cultivador tendrá derecho exclusivo a que el predio, se le adjudique por él avalúo, aun cuando existan mejores ofertas. Pero si tal ocupante no hiciere postura, o dejare dé formalizarla,: podrán oírse otras propuestas, según lo dispuesto en los dos artículos siguientes.
