Los laboratorios de las fábricas de bebidas alcohólicas deben contar con un director técnico que tenga formación profesional para adelantar el control de calidad fisicoquímico y/o microbiológico de bebidas alcohólicas y sus materias primas y experiencia en el ejercicio de esta labor.”
