PROCEDIMIENTO. La colisión puede ser provocada de oficio o a solicitud de parte. Quien la suscite se dirigirá al otro juez, exponiendo los motivos que tiene para conocer o no. Si éste acepta, asumirá el conocimiento; en caso contrario, enviará el proceso al Tribunal Superior Militar, para que allí se decida de plano.
