Publicidad. La resolución mediante la cual se reconozca personería jurídica especial, para su validez, deberá ser publicada a costa del interesado en el Diario Oficial, requisito que se entiende cumplido con el pago de los derechos correspondientes, debiéndose allegar el original del recibo a la Oficina Asesora Jurídica del Ministerio del Interior.
