El menor que sea hallado consumiendo bebidas embriagantes o en estado de beodez, deberá asistir con sus padres o acudientes a un curso sobre prevención del alcoholismo al Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar o a la entidad que haga sus veces.
