REVISION Y APROBACION. Los proyectos de acuerdo intendenciales y comisariales sometidos al Control del Departamento Administrativo y de Intendencias y Comisarías, determinados en el aparte b) del artículo 5º de la Ley 22 de 1985, se tramitarán conforme a lo dispuesto en los artículos 18 y 19 del Decreto-ley 467 de 1986. En todo caso, los proyectos de acuerdo intendenciales que deban ser enviados al Tribunal Administrativo, serán remitidos el respectivo Intendente.
