Articulo 32. (Transitorio). No se autorizara ningún distribuidor o vendedor de licores de los que legalmente se inscriban, la venta en el territorio intendencial de aguardiente Extra de la industria Licorera del Norte de Santander, hasta tanto no se hayan agotado totalmente las existencias de tal producto en las Colecturías y depósitos de la Secretaria de Hacienda.
