Como consecuencia de la reasignación de funciones, también hará parte del Consejo Directivo de la Agencia Nacional del Espectro, de que trata el artículo 27 de la Ley 1341 de 2009, con voz pero sin voto, el Director de la Comisión de Regulación de Comunicaciones. El Consejo Directivo no podrá sesionar sin la presencia del Ministro o del Viceministro de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones.
