Artículo tercero. Los Médicos Veterinarios al servicio oficial, tendrán el carácter de Inspectores de Policía en lo relativo a sanidad animal, quedando revestidos de toda la autoridad para la aplicación de las sanciones a quienes violen las disposiciones sanitarias que contempla el presente Decreto, o que en su desarrollo se dictaren.
