TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo segundo. Cada uno de los Institutos mencionados en el artículo anterior procederá a vender los vehículos automotores que no sean Indispensables para su servicio, con sujeción a las normas del Código Fiscal que rigen esta materia, y los dineros que recaude por la venta le pertenecerán exclusivamente, de acuerdo con la Dirección General del Presupuesto y la Contraloría General de la República.
