Artículo único. Derógase el Decreto número 1618, de 24 de noviembre de 1923, originario del extinguido Ministerio del Tesoro, por el cual se autorizó el cambio de parte de los bonos colombianos de deuda interna del 10 por 100, que se emitieron en cumplimiento de las Leyes 23 y 58 de 1918.
