Art. 2.° Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para que promueva i lleve a efecto la reforma del contrato ajustado el 16 de noviembre de 1872 con el señor Alejandro Wecbecker, sobre establecimiento de la navegación por vapor del alto Magdalena, i destruccion de los peñones de " Flandes," " Gallinazo," " Las Mamas " i " Colombaima," en el sentido de que sea un solo buque, en vez de dos, el que se destine a la navegacion, i siempre que éste tenga capacidad para seiscientas cargas por lo ménos.
