º Contratación inicial . Las pólizas que contraten las sociedades administradoras de fondos de pensiones para iniciar operaciones podrán suscribirse con prescindencia del procedimiento previsto en los artículos primero y tercero del presente Decreto, siempre que su vigencia no exceda del 31 de diciembre de 1994. El procedimiento de que tratan los artículos 1 º y 3 º del presente Decreto se surtirá, por primera vez, a partir del 1 º de octubre de 1994 y los seguros así contratados iniciarán su vigencia el 1 º de enero de 1995.
