° . La incorporación de los funcionarios a los nuevos cargos que se crean en el artículo segundo, se hará conforme a las disposiciones legales vigentes sobre la materia, dentro de los siguientes sesenta (60) días, contados a partir de la fecha de publicación del presente decreto.
