Cuando el Oficial o Suboficial falleciere por accidente en misión del servicio o por causas inherentes al mismo, con doce (12) o más años del servicio pero con menos de quince (15), la Pensión a que tienen derecho los beneficiarios, se liquidará como si el Oficial o Suboficial hubiere cumplido quince (15) años de servicio.
