En caso de violación a las prohibiciones definidas en la presente ley, las autoridades ambientales de su jurisdicción impondrán las sanciones previstas en el artículo 85 de la Ley 99 de 1993 y sus disposiciones reglamentarias, sin perjuicio de la sanción penal respectiva.
