Se faculta al Gobierno para que.de acuerdo con la Junta de Converidan, pueda variar la proporción fijada en e! artículo 4» de la Ley 65 de 1916 , para el cambio de monedas de antiguas emisiones de plata, en caso de ImPorMutes alteraciones en el precio de dicho metal. El aturlento o la disminución que se autoriza no excederá en su límite del 14 por 100.
