La sentencia de los árbitros, que apruebe la división y adjudicación hecha por los Agrimensores, será apelable, en el efecto suspensivo, para ante el Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial correspondiente. Queda así reformado el Artículo 59 de la Ley 30 de 1888 .
