Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, con excepción del artículo 1° el cual entrará a regir a partir del 1° de enero de 2012, modifica el artículo 1° del Decreto 1957 de 2007, los artículos 29 y 34 del Decreto 4730 de 2005, 13 del Decreto 115 de 1996 y 14 del Decreto 2844 de 2010; deroga los artículos 30 y 31 del Decreto 4730 de 2005; 30, 34, 36 y 37 del Decreto 568 de 1996 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
