°. Para el caso de que se presentare alguna oposición a la adjudicación de un baldío de la clase a que se refiere el presente Decreto, ella se tramitara de conformidad con las disposiciones que regulan las oposiciones a la adjudicación de baldíos de menos de cincuenta (50) hectáreas.
