Art. 2.° Cada Oficina de las que por el presente Decreto se restablezcan y las que han funcionado con autorización del Ministerio del Tesoro, prestarán una fianza de $ 2,000 para asegurar su manejo, y tendrán derecho á una comisión del 5 por 100 sobre el producto liquido de lo que se recaude por diferencia de cambio.
