Ley 100 de 1936 · por la cual se crean unas comisiones sanitarias y se provee a la construcción de varios hospitales

Los hospitales que por la presente Ley se establecen, estarán supervigilados por el Departamento Nacional de Higiene, que se encargará de establecer los servicios, nombrar el médico jefe y demás personal necesario al correcto funcionamiento de cada uno de los establecimientos y fijar las asignaciones correspondientes.

Parágrafo

Las sumas necesarias para las asignaciones y el sostenimiento de los supradichos hospitales, se apropiarán anualmente en todas las vigencias.
