Artículo ochentaidós. Disposiciones no derogadas. No obstante en lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior mientras el Ministerio de Comunicaciones y la Administración Postal Nacional expiden la reglamentación a que se refiere el artículo ochenta del presente Decreto, se aplicarán las mismas reglamentaciones del Servicio Postal contenidas en el Decreto 1418 de 1945.
