Artículo único. Trasládese del Departamento de la Deuda nacional, capítulo 83, artículo 298,

Parágrafo 1

°, del Presupuesto de gastos para la vigencia en curso, al departamento de fomento Capítulo 91. Gastos varios. Art. 336. 1.° Valor del 50 por 100 del producto de las Aduanas establecidas ó que se establezcan en el Departamento del Cauca, destinado para la obra del Ferrocarril de Buenaventura (saldo de $300,000 votados para el bienio), $264,240 Comuníquese y publíquese.
