º De la configuración de causal de disolución y liquidación. De conformidad con el artículo 21 de la Ley 10 de 1990, las instituciones que durante el año siguiente a la vigencia del presente Decreto no presenten la documentación pertinente o no acrediten los requisitos anteriores, incurrirán en causal de disolución y liquidación.
