Decreto 875 de 2026 · Por el cual se reglamentan los numerales 4° y 5° del artículo 274 de la Ley 2294 de 2023, se modifica y adiciona el Decreto 1076 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, en relación con la gestión comunitaria del agua y el saneamiento básico y se dictan otras disposiciones

Modificar el literal a del artículo 2.2.3.2.9.2 del Decreto 1076 de 2015, el cual quedará así:

"ARTíCULO 2.2.3.2.9.2. Anexos a la solicitud. Con la solicitud se debe allegar: a. Los documentos que acrediten la personería del solicitante.

Para el caso de los Gestores Comunitarios del Agua y el Saneamiento Básico, allegarán el documento equivalente de acuerdo con la tipología de constitución de la forma organizativa acogida y del régimen legal que le sea propio, según lo establecido en el artículo 2.3.8.2.1 y siguientes del Decreto 1077 de 2015, subrogado por el Decreto 960 de 2025 o la norma que lo modifique o sustituya.
