Requisito de operación del Sistema Integrado de Seguridad. Para su entrada en operación, el Sistema Integrado de Seguridad, deberá respetar los derechos de propiedad industrial reconocidos mediante patente de invención o modelo de utilidad por la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, cumpliendo con todas las características y requisitos establecidos en el presente decreto y con las condiciones y especificaciones técnicas complementarias, que para el efecto establezca la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada.
