La carga que se despache del Terminal para el interior, por la vía del Dique, y la carga de cabotaje, se cargara de los muelles o de bongos por los Administradores a los buques fluviales. En caso de carga directa se aplicará lo dispuesto en el artículo 9º La carga que se despacha por el ferrocarril.
