Art. 13. Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para nombrar i mantener, con un sueldo de seiscientos a novecientos pesos anuales, hasta dos misioneros ambulantes de la relijion cristiana, que recorran el territorio ocupado por las tribus de los dos Territorios con los objetos que se espresan en la base nona del artículo undécimo; i por ahora, principalmente, con el de estudiar las facilidades i puntos adecuados para el establecimiento de misiones permanentes i colonias agrícolas destinadas a la reduccion de los indios a la vida civilizada.
