- Repuestos y partes . Modificase el artículo 33 de la Ley 336 de 1.996, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 33 . Los importadores, productores y comercializadores de repuestos, partes y demás elementos de los equipos destinados al servicio público de transporte, registrarán ante la autoridad competente sus productos con la determinación de su vida útil, pruebas de laboratorio y medición que certifique su resistencia".
