Concédese al Municipio de Buenaventura, por el término de cinco años, a partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley, las exenciones de derechos de aduana y de fletes férreos establecidos en las Leyes 80 de 1939 y 30 de 1941, quedando en vigor, todas sus partes, las autorizaciones y demás disposiciones contenidas en las citadas Leyes.
