Establecer un contingente agregado anual de 3.202 toneladas, para la importación de papa fresca, clasificada por las subpartidas arancelarias 0701.90.00.00, y papa prefrita y congelada clasificadas por las subpartidas arancelarias 2004.10.00.00 y 2005.20.00.00 originarias de los países Miembros de la Comunidad Andina y Mercosur. Las importaciones de dichos productos que excedan el contingente fijado ingresarán al territorio aduanero nacional pagando el Arancel de Nación Más Favorecida (NMF) vigente.
