Casación per saltum . Procede igualmente el recurso de casación contra las sentencias proferidas en primera instancia por los jueces de circuito en los casos contemplados en el Artículo precedente, cuando las partes manifiesten dentro del término de ejecutoria su acuerdo de prescindir de la apelación. En este caso el recurso sólo podrá fundarse en la primera de las causales de casación.
