ARTICULO 54 . PROCEDIMIENTOS. Sin perjuicio de las disposiciones especiales en materia de propiedad industrial y lo previsto en el presente Decreto, las actuaciones que adelante la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio se tramitarán de acuerdo con los principios y el procedimiento establecido en el Código Contencioso Administrativo.
