El Contralor General o quien ejerza el cargo, serán responsables del delito que define el Artículo 521 del Código Penal, cuando por su causa se hiciere un desembolso ilegal; así como también serán responsables de todos los actos que ejecuten en desobedecimiento a los deberes que la presente Ley les impone; y deberán responder del valor de toda erogación indebida por actos u omisiones de tales empleados. De estos juicios conocerá la Corte Suprema de Justicia.
