El Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Pereira tendrá, además de los existentes, dos Magistrados y el personal Subalterno que se designa, con las asignaciones mensuales siguientes: Dos Magistrados, cada uno $ 425.00 Dos Escribientes Auxiliares, cada uno 168.00 Un Secretario de Sala 308.00 Un Oficial Mayor 224.00 Un Escribiente de Secretaria 147.00

Parágrafo

El Tribunal Superior de Pereira se compondrá de dos Salas, una para lo Civil y otra para lo Penal, integradas, cada una, por tres Magistrados.
