° En caso de no cumplimiento de alguna o algunas de las condiciones anteriormente anotadas, durante los dos años, el Gobierno se reserva el derecho, y así se hará constar en la respectiva escritura de adjudicación, de cancelar el usufructo o derecho de posesión temporal y rehabilitará para si el dominio y propiedad absolutas del inmueble, el cual servirá para aumentar los premios en los concursos de los años posteriores.
