Verificada la audiencia, el Encargado de Negocios se dirigirá por nota al Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores solicitando se le conceda ser presentado al Jefe de la Nación. El día y la hora fijados el Subjefe del Protocolo irá a buscar en su residencia al Encargado de Negocios para conducirlo al Palacio en donde lo esperarán el Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores y el Jefe del Protocolo, para ser en seguida presentado al Excelentísimo señor Presidente de la República.
