Subsistemas del Sistema de la Protección Social. Para los efectos del presente Parte el Sistema de la Protección Social estará conformado por los siguientes subsistemas:

a)

Subsistema de Seguridad Social en Salud, régimen contributivo (SSC);

b)

Subsistema de Seguridad Social en Salud, régimen subsidiado (SSRS);

c)

Subsistema de Seguridad Social en Pensiones (SSP);

d)

Subsistema de Seguridad Social en Riesgos Laborales (SSRL);

e)

Subsistema de Subsidio Familiar (SSF);

f)

Subsistema de Parafiscales, (Sena e ICBF);

g)

Subsistema. Subsistema de Cesantías (SC);

h)

Subsistema de Asistencia Social (SAS).
