Artículo primero. Antes de dictar las Resoluciones a que hace mención el Artículo 1o. del Decreto 2375 de 1974, el Director General del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, SENA, conminará a las Cajas de Compensación Familiar para que efectúen el pago dentro de un plazo máximo de cinco días.
