ARTICULO 2.1.2.7.- PERDIDA O DESTRUCCION DEL DOCUMENTO REGISTRADO. En caso de pérdida o de destrucción de un documento registrado, éste podrá suplirse con un certificado de la Superintendencia de Valores en el que se insertará el texto que se conserve, salvo cuando el documento haya sido inscrito en el registro mercantil, en cuyo caso se suplirá en la forma prevista por el artículo 44 del Código de Comercio. El documento así suplido tendrá el mismo valor probatorio del original en cuanto a los actos o hechos que consten en el certificado.
