Se concede amnistía por los delitos políticos de “rebelión”, “sedición”, “asonada”, “conspiración” y “seducción”, usurpación y retención ilegal de mando y los delitos que son conexos con estos de conformidad con esta ley, a quienes hayan incurrido en ellos.
