El Gobierno Nacional promoverá y apoyará emprendimientos verdes con réditos en el beneficio del cuidado, protección y preservación del medio ambiente, de manera especial en zonas rurales y regiones con mayores índices de pobreza del país. De igual manera, se desarrollarán programas que busquen identificar, formar, acompañar e incentivar emprendimientos verdes en el país.
