° El artículo 257 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, quedará así: Instrucción de mercancías en depósitos temporales o comerciales de aduana. En los casos previstos por los reglamentos aduaneros y previa solicitud escrita del interesado, el Administrador de Aduana o en quien éste delegue, podrá permitir la introducción de mercancías objeto de exportación en depósitos temporales o comerciales de aduana.
