º . Adiciónase el artículo 2º del Decreto 3620 de 2003 con el siguiente

Parágrafo

Durante el período de sesiones extraordinarias citado, y para efectos de que la honorable Cámara de Representantes se ocupe de elegir al Defensor del Pueblo, según el procedimiento establecido en la Constitución Nacional, la respectiva Comisión de Acreditación Documental podrá sesionar para realizar las funciones de su competencia.
