Artículo segundo. La suma a que se refiere el artículo anterior, será girada por conducto de la Caja Externa del Leprosorio de Agua de Dios, y se tomará del Capitulo 60, artículo 617 del Presupuesto Nacional de Gastos de la actual vigencia. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
