Artículo Quinto. La incorporación de los actuales funcionarios que prestan sus servicios en el Ministerio de Justicia y sus equivalencias, serán fijadas por medio de resolución ministerial, y los cargos que queden vacantes, después de que se hagan las respectivas incorporaciones, serán provistos de conformidad con el Decreto número 1732 de 1960, articulo 51 y siguientes.
