º . Créase la Consejería Presidencial para el Plan Colombia. El Consejero Presidencial para el Plan Colombia tendrá a su cargo: - El estudio, manejo y trámite de aquellos asuntos que en cada caso particular le asigne el Presidente de la República, y formulará las recomendaciones correspondientes. - Las demás que le asigne el Presidente de la República o le sean delegadas de conformidad con las disposiciones vigentes.
